Shipping Policy
Orders are processed & shipped between 2-5 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Refund Policy
Tarot Readings
Due to the nature of divination, I do not offer refunds o n any tarot readings.
Crystals
Refunds will only be given in the event that crystals arrive broken, and all damage must be photographed.
Ritual Oils
Refunds will be given in the event that an oil bottle or dropper is defective. Defective entails the bottle being unable to be opened or the dropper breaking.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Tarot readings, oils and crystals may be exchanged in lieu of refunds. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. Returns for crystals and oils will only be given in the event that the items were damaged in shipping or are defective (in the case of ritual oils only). All damage must be documented/photographed and damaged/defective products must be returned before exchanges or refunds are applied.
