Shipping Policy

1. Standard option: US First Class Shipping: Flat rate of $4.95 for all US orders. Tracking Included, average delivery times 2-5 days once the Post Office receives the package.

2. US Priority Mail: Flat rate of $8.95 for all US orders. Tacking included. Insured for up to $100. Average delivery time: 1-3 days once the Post Office receives the package.

I ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week.

Shipping Materials/Return Address

Your order will ship with a return address of Kate Allen not The Worthy Witch. I try to keep my mailing materials "low key" to prevent mail theft.

Orders typically ship in plain white poly mailers.

Please note: I care deeply about the environment therefore I reuse packing supplies from my vendors, etc. I only reuse anything that is clean and fragrance-free to prevent allergic reactions. When shipping something that is identified as a gift I will always use brand new materials. If you prefer that I only use brand new materials when I pack your order please state this in the check out section.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation for 100% refund is only accepted within 24 hours of payment on any payment method. After this time has passed, there is a chance that your order is already packed to ship or the items have been ordered from my supplier.

If you have changed your mind before the order is shipped, I will refund your money in the form of store credit.

If your order is already in transit when you reach out to me to cancel, we will treat the order as a return. Please see my return section for this policy.

Can I return something?


If you have changed your mind about something or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss your options. Product can be returned in original unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a store credit (minus shipping paid)

Please ensure that you return your item/items with any original paperwork AND in the bubblewrap included with your items. Items that are damaged by shipping back to me without the proper padding will affect your ability to receive full store credit for the product price. (see more in Restocking fees/Store Credit section)

Consider insuring your return with USPS that way if anything happens in transit back to me your purchase will be covered by USPS (as long as bubble wrap/protective shipping measures were taken).

Restocking fees/Store credit

There is no restocking fee for returned products that is returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt in the form of store credit, excluding the original delivery charge. Buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. Item(s) that are received in a broken condition due to poor packaging will not receive any refund. Item(s) must be received in a salable condition.

Please consider insuring your return shipping. Please provide tracking when you ship so we can both keep an eye on the package/it's expected delivery to me.

The Worth Witch is not responsible on missing packages. If the item/items ae not received store credit will not be given.

Help! My order arrived broken.

Oh no! I am so sorry!

I take pride in my craftsmanship and any sourced items!

Because of this, I inspect my work carefully (and all of the items from my supplier, this is why I do not drop ship!) before shipping to ensure the quality is commendable and packaged nicely to reduce the chance of mishaps. But life still happens sometimes and I want to make it right.

Should you receive a defective product, please snap a picture and send it to me as soon as you can (within 48 hours of delivery). I will be happy to assist you. Please be able to return the item/items within 14 days per my return policy in order to ensure that I can resolve this problem in a timely manner for you

I received the wrong size, what do I do?

The course of action will be different depending on the following.

  • *Did you order the wrong size by mistake?
  • *Did I send you the wrong size by accident?

 I ordered the wrong size by mistake!

Contact me and we can chat about an exchange or return for store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping fees for a new package. Please see my return section for instructions on return packaging, tracking numbers, etc.

You sent me the wrong size, this is not what I ordered. 

Well darn, I'm sorry! Please contact me to discuss if you want the correct size shipped out or just prefer to return it. I will cover shipping costs of the return (you will receive an emailed prepaid label to print out) and shipping of the correct item back to you (if that is the option you choose).
