Burning sage, or smudging, is an ancient practice that has roots in Native American traditions. The practice was performed by shamans and involved burning sage over fire to cleanse a space or person of conflict, illness, evil influences and other negative energies. 

With our fast paced & electronic filled lifestyles, the practice of regularly smudging our environments, can be very beneficial to cleanse & invite peace and harmony into the environments we live in. These ceremonies should be performed using the sacred smoke from sage or palo santo and wafting the smoke around each room or around an individual. Research is showing the benefits of smudging on physical, mental & emotional well being. 

Concerns are held by conservationists regarding the over harvesting of wild sage and palo santo. All our bundles are ethically sourced and do not come from wild harvested crops.
