*You may cancel an order placed through the website prior to it being shipped out by notifying us via email.

*Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of any item that arrives damaged, so that we can work out a resolution with you.

*We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all retail/product purchases as long as the item is returned in an unused condition in its original packaging within 45 days of the purchase. Notify us via email of your intent to return an item within 30 days from your date of purchase so that we are aware that you are returning the item to us and we can be on the lookout for it. Once we have received the item(s) back we will notify you and begin the refund process.

*All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

*You have the option to exchange the item or have a store credit in lieu of having your money refunded.  Store credits can also be used for services and classes. Store credits must be used within 365 days from the date of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to the expiration of the store credit.

Courses: 

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee of all courses purchases through Elevated Wisdom as long as no more than 30% of the course content has been accessed and downloaded if digital. If more than 30% of the course content has been accessed and/or downloaded no refund will be given for the course.  For courses taken in person, a full refund will be provided if you cancel more than a week prior to the start of the course.  In the event that you need to cancel within a week, full credit will be provided towards the cost of a future course.

Services:

Refunds will be provided in full for services that are booked in advance and paid for provided that they are canceled with 48 hours' notice. Services can be rescheduled for another date and time for the same service or a same-priced service up to 24 hours in advance. Requests received within 24 hours will be honored subject to a $25.00 rescheduling fee.
