Shipping Policy
If an item is purchased ready-to-ship it goes out within a business day, tracked, and generally arrives within 5 business days (usually sooner!) within the US, though there may be delays with the mail due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
I charge $5 for US shipping (an additional $2.00 for each item) $149 and under, and include free shipping within the US for all purchases over $150.00. For $15 I can ship internationally, though additional items will cost an additional $5.00. Due to the nature of customs I cannot guarantee an arrival date on international orders, but generally they tend to arrive in 5-10 days, unless the COVID-19 Pandemic has slowed the mail service in the destination country.
Any modifications to an order will add up to two days to processing before shipping.

No refunds will be issued.

My clients expect brand new, unworn, clean and hygienic products and because of that all sales are final. I will happily re-dye, modify, update, maintain etc your order so that you love them. If you receive an order and are not thrilled, please contact me immediately so I can help you to resolve the situation to our mutual satisfaction.
