Shipping Policy
All items shipped will receive a tracking number.
For Certain Items, Such as Plants/Fresh Herbs, shipping is already included in the price.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only given in the following Situations:
- Arrived Damaged(must notify shop as soon as you open with picture)
- Incorrect item shipped due to shop's error
- Cancellation within 24 hrs.

Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed within 24hrs of purchase. I start to work on your order as soon as it has been placed. Should you change your mind (things happen),please let us know. This minimizes wasted material.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in the event the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent in our error. Please open your package as soon as it arrives. Reason for returns must be requested the same day of receiving. Please be careful when clicking selection choices when ordering.
