The Hare and the Moon 

Enjoy your very own Hare and the Moon vinyl decal!  These are made with permenant outdoor vinyl for use on car windows, house windows, can be used on car bodies (please keep in mind that any decal on the body of a car will not fade the same as the rest of the car so please use your own judgement on placement), computers, picture frames, pretty much anywhere you would like!  

The Hare and the Moon decal is inspired by the story of the Hare and the Moon and you can have your own personal Hare and the Moon decal to bring in good luck, growth, re-birth, abundance, new beginnings, and good fortune!

This decal sticker is offered in a 5 inch size, HOWEVER I can customize it. 

In order to customize you will need to email me and talk with me so i can see what size you need.Customized I can cut it in different sizes from 1″ to 11″, most can be customized to face left or right so you can get the right hare, there are different versions available as well.  Also I can make almost any color so please let me know what you need prior to ordering.  I can add in a name or saying to the decals depending upon size and how many letters, so don’t hesitate to ask me about customization.

Shipping Policy

Please note that I am in Pacific Time Zone so that items will ship only when the post office is open in my area.  Items are listed as shipping within 1-2 business days, but typically I can ship within the same day to one day once ordered, depending upon the time it is ordered. If you need an item immediately please message me to inquire about the turnaround time for shipping. 

Please be aware of Covid-19 as well as any Holidays and Weather delays that may affect the delivery of any item. I can not guarantee a delivery date due to being unable to change the weather (at this time :) ) IF you need an item by a certain time please contact me PRIOR to ordering so we can discuss options to see what is best for us both to get you your item.

Refund Policy

Please message me with any issues, however here are my Refund policies, please also see the Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy:

Ready to ship orders:  The only time I will consider a refund is if I send the wrong item from what is ordered or if the item is not delivered at all to you - AFTER a Claim has been filed and investigated by the Post Office.  If I am not able to complete the order for reasons on my end then I will refund all charges. Please note that if there is to be a return you must return the item that was purchased to me prior to my shipping out a replacement, of course, is not accountable for a lost package.

Custom Orders - I do not do any type of refund on Custom orders unless I have made a mistake in the spelling of the words that were ordered. I will verify word spellings with you prior to the creation of any item to ensure that there are no mistakes. If you misspelled an order when you placed it and upon verification you still have it misspelled then please contact me to discuss - I will take these on a case by case basis to see if you will need to reorder and pay for the second-order or if I am able to remake the item for you. Please message me to discuss each case.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Due to Custom Orders, I reserve the right to refuse to cancel/return/refund/exchange an item that is ordered outside of mistakes on my end creating your ordered item. 

Cancellations- If a ready to ship order I would need a cancel request in less than 24 hours - if the item has already shipped I can not allow a cancellation, but once you return the item to me I will consider a refund as long as there is no damage to the item. 

Returns - Please see cancellations. Returns are only possible on a case by case basis and on ready to ship orders only.  Please note that I reserve the right to refuse returns and will review them on a case by case basis as we discuss them. 

Exchange - Please message me to discuss exchanges, as I would only consider an exchange on a ready to ship items that is in stock and it will be dependent upon the return of the received item undamaged to me prior to a new replacement being shipped to you.
