Shipping Policy
UK tracked shipping starts at £2.20 for small items and £4.00 for up to 2kg of larger items. Postage increases after 2kg but not hugely. I combine shipping for multiple purchases and don't charge for packaging.
I am willing to ship internationally but, as this varies by country, please get in touch before purchasing. US shipping starts at £20 so is unfeasible for the buyer unless buying multiple items or purchasing wholesale crystals.
Refund Policy
Most items are not mechanical or electronic so are unlikely to be faulty. I visually record items before posting.
Returns are accepted within 28 days in their unused, original condition and packaging where the buyer pays return tracked postage and visually records items as such before returning. Contact beforehand to start a return. Shipping costs both ways are non-refundable.
