These Pokemon Plushies are a wonderful gift for all ages, a great way to give that friend who has an old nostalgia for the Pokemon fandom a great birthday, Christmas, or anniversary gift. Or even a perfect present for the younger generation, these crochet plushies utilize soft acrylic yarn so they are not abrasive on sensitive skin and felt for the eyes and such so no posed choking hazard for the kids the way buttons and eye/nose beads pose. Stuffed to be squishy and soft they are a perfect cuddle companion or can even stand alone to be collected by those who enjoy their plushies shelved.

Shipping Policy

All products take 24 hours to confirm once purchased. Patrons will receive a direct email from RavensBitsAndBobbles@gmail.com once we have personally confirmed purchases and begin crafting/packing ordered products. All orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days to complete, anywhere from 1-2 weeks before they will be shipped out. All orders shipping within the United States have a set rate of $7.95 unless an item specifically has a raised shipping rate due to product size. We will always keep out customers in the loop of their purchases progress, sending emails throughout all stages from order confirmation/crafting/packaging/and shipping. All packages will have a provided tracking number upon shipping. Any orders shipping to outside the United States have an immediate $15.95 shipping charge to guarantee we are able to provide a tracking number for the package. If for any reason there is a delay in the order we will do our utmost to inform our customers as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Though we at Raven's Bits & Bobbles hope there should never be a need for it we do provide full refunds on any orders in which products are not up to our customers standard. That being said we do require an email showing the condition of the product upon delivery showing any damages/issues with the products delivered. We are open for exchanges for damaged/broken products within 30 days of delivery date for no extra charge.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation: Throughout the entire purchase process from Raven's Bits & Bobbles we do all we can to keep our customers in the loop of their purchase. Upon ordering you will receive a confirmation email both from Faeholm as well as a secondary confirmation email from our business email showing we have seen the order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Upon receiving that direct confirmation you will also receive an estimated shipping date that we will update once your products boxed and ready to ship (normally no more than 1-2 weeks after placing the order). We ask that any cancellations be done at least 24 hours prior to the estimated shipping date we will email within 24 hours of product purchase.

Returns: Once an order has shipped we do not accept returns except for exchange.

Exchange: In the event of products being damaged/broken/incorrect we do allow for exchanges. Any products meeting this criteria must be pictured and those images sent to RavensBitsAndBobbles@gmail.com so we are able to see what issues occurred during shipping so we might correct the issues in the future. For wrong products shipped we ask that our customers ship back the incorrect product and we will get the proper product out to you as quickly as possible.
