Shipping Policy
With the exception of made to order/custom items, which will have their own shipping windows noted on their listings, all ready to ship items will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours of purchase and payment clearing. Items will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers.
Refund Policy
You have 7 days from time of receipt to initiate a return on items purchased. A refund will not be given until the undamaged item has been returned and received. Custom work is non-refundable. In all situations, if there is an issue with quality of the item within 30 days of receipt, a repair or exchange will be offered. This offer is void if items appear to have been purposefully or carelessly damaged or damaged due to being used in ways which were not intended.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may be cancelled until the point that packages have been taken to the post office, at which point delivery is out of my hands. In this situation, a refund can be initiated and processed once the item have been received and returned. Exchanges are welcome within the normal return window. Custom items are non-refundable.
