It can be dabbed on the body. Used for candle rituals and for anointing petitions. The Self Love oil can also be used in spiritual baths. This oil is an intention oil. Therefore, it is to be used when setting intentions for what you wish to manifest into your life. In order for the oil to work correctly, you MUST state your intention while using the product. Speak in the present tense, as you already have it. 

A suggestion is to speak out loud your intention. I am powerful and beautiful inside and out. Love flows easily to me. I am a boss!
