Shipping Policy
If an item is purchased ready-to-ship it goes out within a business day, tracked, and generally arrives within 5 business days (usually sooner!) within the US.
I include free shipping within the US, $15 for smaller orders international or $20 for larger orders international. Due to the nature of customs I cannot guarantee an arrival date on international orders, but generally they tend to arrive in 5-10 days.
Any modifications to an order will add up to two days to processing before shipping; you do not want wet dreadlocks sealed up for days so I make sure they are dry before packaging.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
My clients expect brand new, unworn, clean and hygienic products and because of that all sales are final. I will happily re-dye, modify, update, maintain etc your order so that you love them. If you receive an order and are not thrilled, please contact me immediately so I can help you to resolve the situation to our mutual satisfaction.
