Shipping Policy

Items are processed within 1 to 3 business days.  If for any unforeseen reason the process time can not be followed, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel the order.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • I do accept cancellation within the first 24 hours of order before item(s) is shipped.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and only if item(s) are returned in their original condition. 
  • I do not accept returns on any sealed items or items where herbs are involved.  This includes witch ball kits, spell kits, bath salts, dream pillows, etc.
  • I do not do exchanges.
