When you need some peaceful quiet time. Inhale the calming herbal aromas to relax and unwind as well as destress yourself and your skin! Makes approximately 4-8 facial steams.
Our herbal facial steams are blended in small batches using organic herbs. You can use them in a few different ways too! Use as a facial steam, foot soak, herbal bath tea soak, and use the leftover plant material and floral water from your facial steam or foot soak in your compost or in a spiritual ceremony by returning the herbs back to the Earth!
DIRECTIONS:Â Cleanse face. Boil water & put into heat safe bowl. Put 1-2 TBSP of herbs into boiling water. Stir & steep for 2 minutes. Drape towel over head, close eyes and put your face over bowl about 8-10 inches away from bowl to open pores and breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes as tolerated. Steam should be warm not hot. Pat skin dry. Drink water & stay hydrated after face steaming.Â
Facial steams are great to do before exfoliating with one of Indigo Rose Beauty’s herbal face masks. Close pores with toner & moisturize with one of Indigo Rose Beauty’s face serums (Hydrating Face Serum | PM Face Serum). Steam face 1-2 x a week.
