Shipping is paid by customer on every order except those that are $45 and over
If you order multiple items and I am able to ship for less than you paid in shipping I will gladly refund any shipping overages.Â
Refund Policy
If a product arrives damaged, you have a bad reaction to the products, or are dissatisfied in anyway please message me at jensintutivereadings@hotmail.com or message me on one of my social media pages. I'd be more than happy to discuss a partial or full refund depending on the incident and time of order.Â
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I am not able to accept cancellations once the product has shipped, if you have a tracking number already it is too late. I apologize.
