Description
*Cloth Masks are 100% handmade so minor differences may happen between individual masks.
*2 Layers (heavy weight cotton and medium weight cotton)
*Fits comfortably over a KN95
*Hand Wash recommended – Machine wash cold (NO bleach) – hang dry or low heat – do not iron
*Prolonged exposure to the sun may cause the fabric to fade.
*Due to the nature of masks, they cannot be returned for any reason. If you have a problem, please reach out to SilverWolf Crafts on Facebook, Faeholm, or Instagram.

Shipping Policy
I will work with you to ensure you get what your looking for every time.
Typical shipping is within 3 workdays for premade ready to ship items. (message me if you need next day.)
All Items shipped will be shipped with tracking - Most of the time Via USPS.
Time to complete custom orders will very based off how quickly you respond to individual questions, complexity and number of orders before yours. Most items take 2-4 weeks.
Half the payment upfront is due for all custom orders.
Refund Policy
-Premade Items purchased can be refunded if returned within 10 business days. (Tracking number must be provided).
-Custom items can not be refunded for any reason once completed.
-Once an item is shipped - Shipping cannot be refunded for any reason. if it's a matter of a damaged item, We can work together to get refund through shipping company.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
-any premade items can be exchanged within 10 days so long as item is not damaged in any way.
-Cancelation of a custom order after materials are purchased will result in materials and refund of the difference being returned. Should you have any additional questions please simply ask.
