Shipping should be 1-3 business days, depending on the option you choose. (Free Shipping, has no tracking number. Also will be the longest arrival period of possible 3 to 5 days. It is standard shipping)
Refund Policy
There are not going to any refunds after 15 days after purchase.

If something should happen to the product on shipping there will be an option for an exchange if contacted before 5 days after shipping has arrived.
Cancelations must be done within two day of purchase, if it was a custom job it must be done within one day.
