This store is run by a witchy momma from Ohio! I moved here from Etsy, which I could no longer do because of their ridiculous price raises. All items are handmade (most are individually made to order), and all services have a 24-48 hour completion guarantee. So have a look around and happy witching!
Shipping Policy
Most physical items take 1-3 business days to ship. However, some items may take longer to create or there might be unexpected delays, so it may take a little longer. Please contact me if the product hasn't shipped within at least 5 business days after your order.
Refund Policy
If you are in need of a refund, please contact me via email regarding the item and reason so I know what to improve.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations need to be done up to 12 hours after the order has been made. Some services, such as any spell work, cannot be stopped mid-performance.Â
Returns are accepted only if the item had been damaged in transit. NO RETURNS IF THERE IS NORMAL WEAR, IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR IF CERTAIN ITEMS LIKE CANDLES HAVE ALREADY STARTED BEING USED.
Exchanges are accepted only if it is a similar physical item to the original order. EX. If you wanted a protection intention candle but ordered a health candle by mistake and didn't realize, you can message me to receive the right candle at no cost and you can keep the original as a gift.
