Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours.
Returns can be made within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for loss in value. A restocking fee may apply. Custom orders or personalized products cannot be returned. Intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.  Â
