RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
You have 7 days from the receipt of your item to request a refund or exchange.
We will only offer a full exchange or refund if there is an error on our end. Examples include, you were sent the wrong item, it was damaged in shipping or falls apart within the first week. We will not refund an item if you ordered the wrong size, color, type, etc.
If you would like to exchange an item due to an ordering error, we will charge a 13% restocking fee, return shipping, and a new shipping amount. We will send the exchange when we receive the item and it has been inspected. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

DAMAGES / OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we determine that you damaged your items we will not process the request. For example, our phone case backings are metal and do not bend without force or lift without improper care.
Should your item get lost in transit, please contact us at info@ghoulishneeds.com. We will file a claim with USPS and if they confirm it has been lost, you will be responsible for shipping + packaging. We will invoice for another label and have your order remade within our processing time frame.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON DISCONTINUED ITEMS, SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.
REFUND PROCESSING
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
