Shipping Policy
-Typical shipping is within 5 workdays for premade ready to ship items. (Message me if you need next day)
-All Items shipped will be shipped with tracking. (Most of the time Via USPS)
-Time to complete custom orders will very based off how quickly you respond to individual questions, complexity and number of orders before yours. Most items take 2-4 weeks.
-Half the payment upfront is due for all custom orders.
Refund Policy
-Premade Items purchased can be refunded if returned within 10 business days. (Tracking number must be provided).
-Custom items can not be refunded for any reason once completed.
-Once an item is shipped - Shipping cannot be refunded for any reason. if it's a matter of a damaged item, We can work together to get refund through shipping company.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
-Any premade items can be exchanged within 10 days so long as item is not damaged in any way. (Tracking number must be provided).
-Cancelation of a custom order after materials are purchased will result in materials and refund of the difference being returned. Should you have any additional questions please simply ask.
