Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, federally recognized holidays (such as Christmas and New Years), or during Sabbat days. Orders placed during such times will be processed the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

The prices listed here are variable depending on size and weight of the order and fluctuations within the shipping carriers.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Healers in a Handbasket ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Healers in a Handbasket is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Healers in a Handbasket is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US. We do anticipate setting up for international shipping soon. We will post pertinent information in this shipping policy as soon as we sort out the details.  

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Healers in a Handbasket will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

  2. Or alert us at healersinahandbasket@gmail.com. 

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns:


ALL REFUNDS GIVEN MUST HAVE A VALID RECIEPT FROM THE BUSINESS, WITH THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED LISTED TO COMPLETED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All credit card returns or refunds with same card only. A valid, state issued ID will be required to process the return.

All returns or refunds MUST be made no later than 30 days after the initial purchase. Refunds/Returns sought after 30 days will not be granted.

ALL TRANSACTIONS ON COMPLETED SERVICES ARE FINAL.

No refund will be issued on completed service or custom blended products, unless legally required or enforced by local, state, or federal law or governing body. 

Products sold as is, i.e. single, non-blended (unless purchased by the business pre-blended) oils, butters, or other such products purchased by the business in a 'base' or 'original' form, will be subject to refund on the bases of provable defect, allergy or other medical issues/sensitivities, inappropriate or unlawful purchase, or items made available for return due to applicable Holiday/Gift receipts given as part of a purchase from Business.

All crystals, stones, Chakra stone sets, or healing/bodywork related stone sets are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.  In the event of irreparable damage/breakage to any stone purchased, the business retains the right to, at our discretion, replace the stone with a comparable piece of similar size and type. All pieces must be returned together, where possible, to facilitate replacement.

I.E. a broken amethyst may be, at our discretion, replace by another amethyst of similar size and quality. Stones will NOT be replaced more than once per customer, and substitutions are not acceptable; i.e.  replacing a broken rock quartz with an amethyst. Business reserves the right to decline replacement on the following basis:

  • Excessive/Multiple attempts to replace broken/damaged items
  • Attempting to replace broken/damaged items over the course of several/consecutive transactions
  • Attempts to replace broken/damaged items without a valid receipt
  • Attempts to replace pieces obviously and/or intentionally damaged, or damaged with the intent to keep specific pieces/crystals/formations after replacement.
