I ship from Australia, using the australia post national and international networks, i will only ship internationally with full tracking to protect both the customer and myself.
Australian customers can either choose parcel post or the express post option depending on their needs.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be on a case to case basis.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
returns will not be accepted unless there are special circumstances, as with exchanges.
Cancellations of custom order will be refunded 80% of the purchase amount, with 20% being for the shop to cover relisting and for the inconvenience of trying to sell on a custom order to others
