Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS within 7 days of ordering (for ready-made items) and can take up to 14 days or more for custom items (due to purchasing of custom ingredients and the making of ingredients)
certain items such as soaps that need to cure will have the option of sending it when not finished curing for customers to cure in their home or the option for it to be sent after its finished curing which takes 6 weeks. The customer is responsible for paying to ship for the product and giving the correct information to be shipped.
Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds on any order unless item arrives broken
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We do not accept cancellations on custom orders (orders that include custom fragrances,designs,etc) or on any normal order after 5 days of purchasing. We do not accept returns at this time but can do an exchange or refund on broken items.
