Shipping Policy
I ship via FedEX, via air if possible, but via ground for orders involving liquids, to the United States. Shipping and tax are added on just before checkout. Please allow a 3-5 business day handling period while I gather your full order. International shipping is possible, but should be expected to be fairly expensive at this time.
Refund Policy
Decisions about refunds versus issuance of store credit will be made on a case by case basis and are solely at the discretion of the vendor. All refunds will be handled through Paypal.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns for refund are accepted within 14 days of receipt of shipment. A product that arrives damaged, or gets lost in shipping, will of course be replaced at no extra cost, provided there is stock, or a refund may be issued at the owner's discretion. Proof of damage may be required. Cancellation and request for a refund can be sent to rynsmusings@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.
