Shipping Policy

Shipping is paid by customer on every order except those that are $45 and over

If you order multiple items and I am able to ship for less than you paid in shipping I will gladly refund any shipping overages. 

Refund Policy

If a product arrives damaged, you have a bad reaction to the products, or are dissatisfied in anyway please message me at jensintutivereadings@hotmail.com or message me on one of my social media pages. I'd be more than happy to discuss a partial or full refund depending on the incident and time of order. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I am not able to accept cancellations once the product has shipped, if you have a tracking number already it is too late. I apologize.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on my products due to the product type, however if you have a special need or allergy I would be more than happy to custom make your product to suit your needs, please email me at jensintuitivereadings@hotmail.com or message me on any of my social media pages before you order!Â
