I use USPS priority shipping, so you will always receive a tracking number. I am not responsible for delays or lost product BUT if your order is lost in transit, PLEASE reach out to me and I will do my best to fix the situation

I will accept refunds IF I am contacted within 2 days of receipt of product, and I will not be responsible for return shipping costs
