Shipping Policy
I ususally ship within 5-7 days of order receipt. If a specific timeline is requested, please contact me BEFORE purchase to see if I can accommodate.
Once a package leaves my hands, its journey is out of my control, much to my chagrin. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages/items. I don't refund or replace items marked as delivered. If a package is lost in transit (hasn’t moved in 30 days), I won’t refund the shipping amount.
Refund Policy
There is no refund for items purchased since the majority of items sold are plant based and cannot be resold once they have been received.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
An order can be canceled up until a shipping label had been made. If a cancellation in needed after a label is purchased and the package is still in my possession, I will not refund the shipping price.
If the package has been dropped off or is In Transit, a request for cancellation from the buyer will not occur.
An exchange for the same product may occur (no herbs, ingredients allowed), but is at my discretion. Buyer will pay return shipping if an exchange is agreed upon.
