Shipping Policy
Non custom items usually ship within 2-3 business days. Light items ship via the USPS, and we do use UPS for larger/heavier items, depending on which service is cheaper. Once it is in the carrier's possession, I no longer have control on how fast it gets to you.
Custom items, such as wands, ship within 2-3 weeks, depending on order volume. If you need your wand sooner, please contact me to see if I can accommodate you.
Please make sure you have a secured area for the carrier to leave your package if you will not be home.
I do recycle boxes and packing materials in order to cut down on some waste in the world. If you would prefer all brand new packaging, or non plastic packaging, please do contact me and let me know.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For Witchmade Studios:
Custom and semi-custom items are non returnable since they are made from your choices. If you have envisioned something, please contact me to discuss it before it is ordered as I want everyone to be happy with the items I make.
Opened Herbs are also non returnable for hygienic reasons.
Please contact me for an RA number. Items must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage on return shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the items are returned in the same condition they left our location in, the refund will be processed.
For Hot Mama Minerals:
Due to the nature of Hot Mama Minerals products, returns are not accepted if the items have been opened. This is for everyone's protection. ONLY items that still have their protective seal intact and not tampered with are eligible for return.
