Shipping Policy

All online orders are made to order.

Orders will be verified via email once received so please watch your email! Please allow 1-3 weeks for orders to ship as product is made to order. Larger products/plushies take longer to complete. All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $8.95 and a tracking number will be provided for all orders once the order ships.

Refund Policy

Though we at Rose Ravens Pro-Craftinations hope there should never be a need for it we do provide full refunds on any orders in which products are not up to our customers standard. That being said we do require an email showing the condition of the product upon delivery showing any damages/issues with the products delivered within 24 hours of the package being marked delivered by USPS. We are open for exchanges for damaged/broken products within 30 days of delivery date for no extra charge.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation: Throughout the entire purchase process from Rose Ravens Pro-Craftinations we do all we can to keep our customers in the loop of their purchase. Upon ordering you will receive a confirmation email both from Faeholm as well as a secondary confirmation email from our business email showing we have seen the order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Upon receiving that direct confirmation you will also receive an estimated shipping date that we will update once your products boxed and ready to ship (normally no more than 1-2 weeks after placing the order). We ask that any cancellations be done at least 24 hours prior to the estimated shipping date we will email within 24 hours of product purchase.

Returns: Once an order has shipped we do not accept returns except for exchange.

Exchange: In the event of products being damaged/broken/incorrect we do allow for exchanges. Any products meeting this criteria must be pictured and those images sent to r.r.procraftinations@gmail.com so we are able to see what issues occurred during shipping so we might correct the issues in the future. For wrong products shipped we ask that our customers ship back the incorrect product and we will get the proper product out to you as quickly as possible.
