Shipping Policy

All Shipping will be thru USPS. Please note that once the Post Office has accepted the package delivery times are out of the shops control. If a package is lost or delivered to the incorrect address a claim will be made on the customers behalf. Customers NEED to EMAIL the shop within 24 hours of delivery notice to begin the claim process. Refunds will not be given unless a proper claim has been made. 

Refund Policy

Please see Shipping Policy for any refunds issued. Due to the nature of the items there will be no refunds given, unless it is due to a shipping issue. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges are not given on ANY personalized item - this includes but is not limited to any item that has any customization or any type of item that has had individualized intentions set into the product. 


Cancellations are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and MUST be emailed to the shop within 24 hours. After 24 hours the order is considered a confirmed sale - IF a cancellation is still wanted and the order has not been processed a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted only if the original Cancellation Email is received within 48 hours of initial sale. 


To cancel an order make sure Subject Line reads : Cancellation for Order "XXXXX" [insert your order number]


If a cancellation email is sent incorrectly it will NOT be considered a cancellation..
