Can be brewed into a tea or used as a smoking blend. 
Sold as whole leaf as possible – grind before using for an even mix of the ingredients 

INGREDIENTS: Amanita Muscaria (whole caps, cap pieces & powder), Amanita Pantherina (cap pieces & powder), Blue Lotus whole flowers and petals (Nymphaea caerulea), Yarrow whole flowers (Achillea millefolium), Rose petals (Rosa rugosa)
