Instant Downloads:  I will not issue any refunds on Instant Download items, it's just not possible.  I will work with you to ensure you receive all the files that you purchase.  I test out all links to instant downloads with outside people to ensure they are working properly before any item is listed.

Ready to ship orders:  The only time I will consider a refund is if I send the wrong item from what is ordered or if the item is not delivered at all to you - AFTER a Claim has been filed and investigated by the Post Office.  If I am not able to complete the order for reasons on my end then I will refund all charges. Please note that if there is to be a return you must return the item that was purchased to me prior to my shipping out a replacement, of course, is not accountable for a lost package.

Custom Orders - I do not do any type of refund on Custom orders unless I have made a mistake in the spelling of the words that were ordered. I will verify word spellings with you prior to the creation of any item to ensure that there are no mistakes. If you misspelled an order when you placed it and upon verification you still have it misspelled then please contact me to discuss - I will take these on a case by case basis to see if you will need to reorder and pay for the second-order or if I am able to remake the item for you.
